Resource partners can quickly login to their profiles directly from The Resource Navigator℠ without using a username and password.
First, a partner must to go the Start In Wisconsin Resource Navigator page. From there, enter the name of your organization into the keyword search tool.
Once the correct profile has been found, click on the logo or name of the organization to open the profile that needs to be updated.
At the bottom right of the profile, click, “Are you xx? Update your profile now!” to receive a “Magic Link” by email.
The email sent will allow users to “login with magic link” to update their profile and post and edit events on the regional calendar.
When complete, check the user agreement box at the bottom of the form and click, “Update My Profile.”
The profile updates will be saved and a confirmation email notification will be sent to the user.
Administrators will receive notification as a pending task in Resource Navigator. Service and demographic updates will need to be edited manually.
ESOs can submit an event to the Regional Calendar by selecting, “Post an Event” from the Partner Profile page.
Complete the fields listed below with the following information:
- Event Title
- Location: Location Name, Address, City, State, Zip
- Start Date/Time and End Date/Time
- Description of Event
- Organizer and Contact Information
- RSVP or Registration Page (if applicable)
- Price: If there is no cost to attend, enter “0” in the price field and check the “No Price to Attend” checkbox
- Choose the subjects / categories for the class or event
- Click Submit.
To make changes to events already posted on the calendar:
Click “My Events” from the Partner Profile page.
Click → (1) Download Your Existing Events from the Event Upload Tool page.
