Trouble with Login

Incorrect Login Information: Verify that you’re using the correct login information with the right e-mail address.

  • Email (i.e. hodelk@joinsourcelink.com)
  • Password

The SourceLink® administrator within your organization can provide you with your
user name

SSL Certification (Secure Socket Layer)

The purpose of an SSL certificate is to:

  • Provide customers with non-forgeable proof of the identity of the SourceLink website
  • Ensure the data exchanged between the user’s browser and the SourceLink website cannot be read, deciphered or decrypted by a third party that may be tapping
    in to
    the data exchange between your Browser and the remote server

You will notice a “lock” icon in your browser window which lets you know that the security encryption is working correctly.

Popup blockers

SourceLink displays report information through the use of pop up windows. For SourceLink reports to work on your computer, you must shut off any popup blockers you may have installed.  

To turn off the pop-up blocker, please refer to the documentation for the particular browser you are using.
