The Setup section of SourceLink® allows you to perform several administrative functions for the overall site. List Values allows you to define values for:

  • Interaction Types
  • Followup Actions
  • Followup Results
  • Client Types
  • Tags

Interaction Types

This tab provides a list of potential interactions that can be chosen from the Client Interaction screen.

 


For each value on the list, you have the option to Edit, Delete or move up and down in the list using the up and down arrows under Options.



You can add a new value to the list by clicking Add New Interaction Type. You can sort the list by clicking Alphabetize List.
 


Followup Actions

This tab provides a list of potential actions that can be chosen from the Client Followup screen.Followup Results

Client Types


This tab provides a list of potential results that can be chosen under Type on the main Client screen.


Tags


Tagging allows grouping of people, clients, interactions and snapshots without customized programming or changes to your existing organization schemes. This tab is where Tags are customized. For more information, see Tagging
