Now you can send a personalized introductory Email to a new client when a new client record is created in SourceLink®.
To create and edit introduction Emails when a new client record is added.
1. Go to Setup
2. Go to Report & Email Options.
3. On the top line, enter the Email address of referral (if made).
Enter Information shown on outgoing emails including Email Address, Organization Name, Contact Name, Street Address, City, State and Phone Number.
Check Send Introduction Email to activate automatic emails.
Copy and paste additional variables including: [[Person-FirstName]], [[Person-LastName]], [[Person-EmailAddress]], [[Our-EmailAddress]], [[Our-ContactName]], [[Our-OrganizationName]], [[Our-Address]]
