Resource Partners can quickly login to their profiles directly from The Resource Navigator℠ without using a username and password. At the bottom of the profile, click, “Are you xx? Update your profile now!” to receive a “Magic Link” by email.
The email sent will allow users to “login with magic link” to update their profile.
Once logged in, users can access the Partner Profile Update and edit contact information, services offered and target audience demographics.
When complete, check the user agreement box at the bottom of the form and click, “Update My Profile.”
The profile updates will be saved and a confirmation email notification will be sent to the user. Administrators will receive notification as a pending task in Resource Navigator. Service and demographic updates will need to be edited manually.
