Navigator Services & Filters on The Resource Navigator® allow users to customize the services, service categories and filters for each Resource Partner.
New filters can be added by clicking the Navigator Services & Filters tab in the navigation bar under Setup.
Service Categories are listed on the Navigator Services & Filters page. These categories encompass a range of services business owners need to start and grow businesses.
Each category contains specific services offered by your Resource Partners. New categories can be added by clicking the Add New Category tab. Each service category can be Alphabetized, Edited, Deleted or Changed in Order (↑↓) by clicking the highlighted tab.

Filter Categories refers to the specific audiences served by the Resource Partner. The system is set up so that, when a Resource Partner is added, it is assumed that the partner provides services to all businesses – regardless of Business Stage, Completed Business Plan, Business Type, Industry and Underserved communities. New filters can be added in the unused filter labels in the first column. Making a change to the labels will adjust the text on the Resource Navigator search form and the Partner update/intake form.
The front end of The Resource Navigator website includes five search fields for demographics. Making a change to the labels will adjust the text on The Resource Navigator search form on your website and the Resource Partner intake form.
