Adding Web Forms to SiteConnex Website

You can use the SourceLink plugin on WordPress to easily add a SourceLink Pro web form to your own website. To get started, you must first create the web form in SourceLink Pro.

Once your form has been created in SourceLink Pro, conduct the following steps:

  1. Log in to your website
  2. Click on SourceLink from the left menu
  3. Select Settings
  4. Click API Cache tab
  5. Press the Flush API Cache button (this will load any recently created web forms in SourceLink Pro)
  6. Select All Web Forms under SourceLink from the left menu
  7. Press the Add Web Forms button near the top of the page
  8. Add a Title (please be descriptive)
  9. Click on the Copy button to capture the shortcode, we recommend saving this in a word or notepad document as well- you will need it later. It should look something like [ web_form id=”####” ]
  10. Under General Settings, click on the drop down to show all of your SourceLink Pro web forms and select the form you wish to use
  11. You may add additional questions to the end of your form, responses to any additional questions will come in as interaction notes when the form is entered
  12. Click on Publish/Update near the top right
  13. Create or Edit the page you want the web form to be displayed
  14. Add a Text Block to the page
  15. Enter the web form code captured during Step 9, including the brackets (e.g. [ web_form id=”####” ])
  16. Publish the page
