Adding Web Forms to Non SiteConnex Websites

SourceLink forms may be added to any website using the embed technology. To get started, you must first create the web form in SourceLink Pro. If you have a SourceLink SiteConnex website, you can use the SourceLink plugin to automatically add your web form.

Once your Web Form has been created, conduct the following steps:

1. Click on Setup, then select Web Forms
2. Find the Web Form you wish to install, click on the Embed Code link to the right of the Web Form
3. Copy the HTML code shown in the pop up
4. Install the HTML code on the page
