Adding a New Resource Partner (From Website Intake Form)

Adding a new resource partner just got easier. Using a Resource Partner Application Intake Form, organizations can submit profile information directly to The Resource Navigator® administrator.

Resource Partner Survey

Once submitted, the partner will receive an email with an overview of profile information entered.

Resource Navigator administrators will see new submissions as Pending Tasks on their SourceLink administrator panel.

Once opened, administrators can then Approve or Reject Resource Partner Application forms.

When Approve is selected, Resource Navigator administrators can choose Enabled so the profile is immediately available in the search or Not Enabled to save information to the database without enabling it.

Note: Resource Partners have the ability to update an existing profile using the “Magic Link.” If a Resource Partner makes updates to their taxonomy (e.g. services and filters), or something entered in the question box at the very end of the profile update form, then we opt to place that into SourceLink Pro as a Pending Task for your approval.
For other more routine updates (e.g. the referral contact person, and/or profile description), we allow these to post directly to the Navigator without a Pending Task and trust you will review the email notification for any issues.

When Reject is selected, the information will be deleted and not available for viewing in the database.

Check box to send an Email to this organization. Use Email template or edit as needed.

Click Reject & Send Email.

To review the profile, go to the Navigator tab in SourceLink Pro.

Note: SourceLink saves Resource Partner data on the SiteConnex website for a 24 hour period. This means new Resource Partner profiles or edits to existing Resource Partner profiles may take up to 24 hours to show up on the website. To accelerate this process, you can clear the SourceLink plugin cache.
